About MPMEEA
The Myanmar Pharmaceutical & Medical Equipment Entrepreneurs Association is established on 2nd April 1999.
OBJECTIVES
 The objects of the Association are as follow:
- To support and assist the State for success in its health-care works.

To work for the improvement of the manufacturers, importers and exporters of medicine
& medical equipment in accordance with the
medical rules and regulations of the State.

To lead and guide its members to work in harmony for the achievement of rightful benefits.
DUTIES
 The duties of the Association are as follow:

To enable the public to use harmless, effective and genuine medicines.

To work towards achieving more medicines and medical equipments and a higher
standard of public health.

To find ways and means and work to achieve increase production of medicines and medical equipments.

To abide by the rules and regulations of the State when doing trade in medicines and medical equipments.

To perform the medicines and medical equipments business in
accordance with the modern trading techniques.

Organizing training to carry out developments, research, data collections, examinations, distributions, and other related works in connection with production and trading of medicines and medical equipment.

To contact government departments, and organizations concerned, and render
necessary assistance to members in realizing benefits and solving difficulties and problems in their businesses.

To get international contacts relating to medicine and medical equipment business.

For any pending trade disputes which could not be coordinated and settled among
the parties concerned, the Association shall form an Arbitration Board in accordance with the law in force
and settle the matter.
HOW MPMEEA CAN HELP WITH YOUR BUSINESS
1. To inform members about the tender notices of concerned departments.
2. To arrange contacts with importers and distributors of foreign countries for the members.
3. To take the leading role in solving social and economic problems/difficulties of
